Refund Process at Care&Beauty Store

● If payment was made via card, the amount will be refunded to the card. If payment was made upon delivery, customer service will contact the customer to request a bank account for the refund.

A transfer fee of 7.5 SAR will apply for a different bank, and the refund and exchange process will take between 10 to 30 business days.
